What is your return policy?

If during the first 30 days you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your product (special orders excluded) for a full refund. All items must be returned in “as new” condition with the original packaging, all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. Opened software and computer systems (Desktops, Notebooks, etc.) are not returnable under any circumstances. All computers are repair/replacement only.

What about special orders?

There will be no returns or refunds on special ordered item(s) unless approved by management.

What about restocking fees?

Other local and online stores typically charge a restocking fee that can be anywhere from 10 to 15% or more. Computer BYTES does not charge any restocking fees.

What is your policy on returned (NSF) checks?

A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
