Abandonment
Any item(s) left at Computer BYTES for more than 60 days from the initial check-in date will be deemed to have been abandoned by you. Any items abandoned will become the sole and exclusive property of Computer BYTES without further notice to you. Computer BYTES may dispose of or use any abandoned items in any manner it deems fit without further notice, obligation or liability to you. The value of any abandoned item(s) will be applied to any outstanding balance including but not limited to your bill, storage fees ($10 mo.) and/or legal fees you owe Computer BYTES, and you will continue to be responsible for the full amount of any such balances.
Payment Policy
We accept personal and company checks (in-state only), money orders, cashiers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you reside in the state of Texas, you must add 8.25% sales tax. Our store is currently unable to process orders from outside the United States.
Store Accounts
A charge account with net 30 terms may be set up with proper credit approval. Computer BYTES reserves the right to refuse net terms to anyone at our sole discretion, terminate any charge account at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion, and demand any account balance owed to be due in full at that time.
